We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service with a commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-4pm. Starting pay $19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Printing, laminating, and ensuring new hire documents are signed and properly filed.
• Overseeing supply ordering, daily mailings, maintaining scanners and printers, and coordinating machine service calls.
• Acting as the point person for the office telephone system and handling miscellaneous backend supportive tasks as requested by management.
• Conducting networking calls and partnering with other local businesses.
• Scheduling clients, answering general questions from lead calls, and booking appointments.
• Updating employee documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Restocking supplies and tracking inventory levels.
• Logging all client requests, including cancellations and reschedules.
• Assisting with stamping mail at the end of the day as needed.
• Distributing faxes and incoming mail to the appropriate parties.
• Assisting with special office projects as assigned.
• Learning and utilizing our CRM software to manage client relationships effectively.
• Other admin related tasks we develop throughout the course of employment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace, Adobe).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and software.
